Terms of Service

Last updated 23 September 2026

These terms cover your use of TipTok ("we", "us"), a website for launching tokens on the Solana blockchain whose trading fees are held for a TikTok account chosen at launch. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for making sure that launching or trading tokens, and receiving fees, is lawful where you are.

2. What the site does

Tokens are launched through Raydium's LaunchLab program using our platform configuration. We do not run a blockchain program of our own. Every trade of a token launched here pays a fee of 1% of the amount traded. Raydium keeps 0.25% as its protocol fee, and the rest comes to us. The person who launched the token earns nothing from trading fees.

We claim our share to our own wallet and split it there. 80% goes into the token's pool, held for the TikTok account linked to that token. 20% is set aside for buying and burning our platform token. That token does not exist yet, so this share is accruing in our fee wallet, unspent — nothing is being burned today. The split is a policy we follow and publish, not something a program on the blockchain enforces. Every claim, split and burn is listed with its transaction signature on the receipts page.

Each token's pool is a Solana wallet whose key we hold, encrypted, and use only to pay claims from that pool. The pools are therefore in our custody, with the risks that come with anything a service holds for others.

3. Launching a token

  • A launch is a Solana transaction you sign with your own wallet. It is public and permanent. The network costs of creating the token, and any first purchase you add, are yours and cannot be refunded.
  • You choose the token's name, ticker, image and links, and one TikTok account, by its profile link. The TikTok account cannot be changed after the launch.
  • The account you link does not have to be yours. Linking it does not mean its owner made, supports or has anything to do with your token, and you must not present the token in a way that suggests otherwise — about that account or about anyone else.
  • You must have the right to use everything you upload or name, and none of it may be unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or harmful to minors.
  • A token appears on our pages as soon as its launch is confirmed. We may stop showing a token on our pages, for example because it breaks these terms. We cannot remove a token from the blockchain.

4. Claiming fees

  • Only the owner of the TikTok account linked to a token can claim its fees, by signing in with TikTok on the claim page. We check that the username TikTok reports for the account you sign in with is the one the token names.
  • The first account to claim a token is the only one that can ever claim it, even if its username later changes or passes to someone else. Before that first claim, the username is all there is to go on: if it changes hands, whoever holds it can claim.
  • A claim pays everything in the pool above the small balance the Solana network requires the pool to keep, to the Solana address you give. Claims start at 0.01 SOL. We pay the network fee for the transfer.
  • A transfer cannot be reversed. Check the address before you claim: we cannot recover money sent to the wrong one.
  • Fees wait for the linked account with no deadline.
  • You are responsible for any tax on what you receive.

5. Risks

  • Tokens launched here are experimental and highly speculative. They may be worth nothing, and their prices can fall to zero. We do not endorse any token, and nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
  • The Solana network, Raydium's programs, wallets, TikTok and the other services this site relies on are run by others. They can fail, change or be attacked, and we are not responsible for them.
  • You are responsible for your wallet and its keys. We will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key.

6. What you must not do

  • Break the law, or use the site to launder money, fund crime or evade sanctions.
  • Impersonate anyone, or mislead people about who is behind a token.
  • Manipulate the market for a token, or take part in schemes to mislead its buyers.
  • Try to claim fees for a TikTok account that is not yours.
  • Interfere with the site, overload it, or probe it for weaknesses without our permission.

7. Changes

We may change the site, and we may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the new version. Fees already held for a linked account stay held for that account under the rules above.

8. No warranty, and limits on our liability

The site is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits, or for losses caused by token prices, blockchain transactions, services run by others, or an address you gave us. Nothing in these terms limits a liability, or takes away a right, that the law where you live does not allow to be limited or taken away.
